I am Ada, founder of Gemerl Childcare Consultancy and a Nursery Consultant based in York.

With over 12 years of experience in the early years sector, I understand the operational and compliance pressures nursery owners face every day.

I’ve seen how quickly inspection preparation can become overwhelming when layered on top of staffing, safeguarding, funding, and leadership responsibilities.

With over 12 years of experience in the childcare sector, I understand first-hand the responsibilities nursery leaders carry every day.
